Assisting in Recruiting, Training & Evaluating

Recruiting on Three Levels:
The Raffetto Group offers a proven Talent Recruitment Process that helps employers see what lies beneath the surface in employees and potential employees. In making hiring recommendations, we weigh candidates' history, compatibility and suitability. Our methods take ambiguity out of the screening process because employers can't afford to make unclear hiring decisions or continually replacing key staff - particularly key people.
This skilled process affects recruitment before it even starts, helping you identify and eventually gain the employee you really are seeking, practically providing helpful recruitment forms and coaching, guiding you through interviews, resume reviews and reference checks.

Training with the Whole Person in Mind:
The Raffetto Group has spent years studying and applying unique styles of teaching to diverse training situations. For us training is always an individualized instruction opportunity. Practically, we work to offer accurate position descriptions for employees, orientation and specific training navigation. Our goal is to conduct training that develops an understanding of the relationships between events as much as it teaches "correct responses". Simply, we aim for results in every corner.

Evaluating - an Honest Look:
Proper employee evaluation requires more training and insight than any other personnel process. The Raffetto Group addresses these issues through extensive on-site training and by using its own system of specific questions that employees answer in cooperation with their supervisors. We are certified to provide our system online using Teammax®360. We are also certified facilitators for the Development Needs Inventory (DNI) system, an online, fourteen-factor approach to employee feedback and development. Both systems encourage accurate and detailed communication and also proper quantification and judgment procedures. The effort is well worth it because, time and again, the sum of clear feedback is greater than the sum of automatic bonus checks.
