Specific Programs.
Businesses present us with a very specific situation or a well-defined need and we fill it. We individualize our programs with preparatory testing of the participants, followed by information gathering and interpretation to help the key players understand what is going on. We include a follow-up within six months of the program.
Problem Solutions.
We are brought in to deal with disorders that haven’t been well-diagnosed. We perform our diagnostic process, made up of nine separate assessment areas, then establish a treatment plan and implement it within a time frame appropriate to the problem. We schedule follow-up sessions until desired results are achieved and changes have been confirmed by the business owner(s).
Ownership & Leadership Development Programs.
We are retained to provide an open-ended program of support and challenge for the owner(s) and leader(s) of an organization. This process entails all of The Raffetto Group's services beginning with comprehensive owner and leader assessments and a complete organizational diagnosis. We then contract with the client on a year-by-year basis to develop the leadership.
